View Full Version : ZSphere command
Hi all!
I tried, but I couldnīt find any commment about the ZSphere commands for ZScript.
There is nothing in the Command Reference, but it really exists :D , Iīve seen it in the ZSPhereWidget from Digit, which is an excellent Script!!!
I think, I have a nice Idea, butit is very difficult to get along only with the widget.
I would be glad about some help!

Click ZScript>Export Commands to create a text file containing descriptions of all of the currently available ZScript commands, including those for ZSphere manipulation.

How can I understand the XPos and YPos of the active ZSphere I get with
The following Script shows what I mean:
Place a single ZSPhere on the canvas, change to editmode / move, then hit the button. The coords are shown. When you didnīt move the ZSphere it show x=0, y=0.
When you move the ZSphere, youīll get somthing like x=2.245911 y=1.235234.
Iīd like to know what this means!
Does someone have a hint?
What I supposed to get where the X and Y coords on the canvas. Is there a way to convert them into normal coords?

hereīs the little script:

hm... nobody having a hint for me? :/
I suppose now, that the ZSpheres have itīs own coordinatesystem. The Origin is the parent ZSphere. Is that right?
When anyone has an idea, please tell me!
I doubt, whether the ZSPhereīs coords can converted into canvas-coords.
...but I hope someone can convince me of the opposite! :)
It is diffficult for me to express this problem, so I hope you understand...
