quite easy actually. I used the flat round thingie to fit in the tub (not the plane but the other one , forgot it's name).
then with the same material I selected 3dsphere and lowered Zadd to about 12-30.
Then with spraystroke enabled I sprayed bubbles on the water. Then a few (3) bigger ones with draw rectangle stroke.
