Can somebody help? I want to make a glass material for a glass but I donīt know how to do it.

Any material can be transparent but you already have Gel Shader Material, and Jellybean material. If you open Material->Modifiers, you'll see the transparency slider...This increases or decreases the transparency of the material, and like I say, any material can be made transparent by adjusting this slider.

Here are another couple of techniques you can use.

Here is an example using the clone brush tool:

You could also check the ZBrush Picnic ZScript tutorial (included with the ZBrush distribution) for a method using 3D copy.

If using Stonecutter's method above, remember to have "Flatten Layers" switched to "Off" under the render pallette.
