head sculpting video?

hello all, i am currently scuplting heads, head after head after head.
just trying to get practice and get better at zbrush.
although my models are getting noticeably better and more realistic, i still have some problem modelling ears and eyes. i do take alot of time getting the shape of the head right.
i have looked on youtube, and only found speedsculpts. whciharent very helpful.
is there a video of a artist talking about the work, and how its all done? and if not, some one make one :)

hey there.

my best suggestion would be to look around the threads here on ZBC. there are many here where top artists have put up timelapses of them doing heads. its a pretty good way to learn.
here is a thread with lots of various vids on it, im sure you could find something in there to help you.

this guy is a huge inspiration to me.
