View Full Version : Goblin ready to fight
03-24-08, 07:54 AM
This is an image I have just finished. I created this caracter based on the idea of a goblin that has made is own armour and now is ready to fight.
I created the basemesh using ZBrush and XSI, then I brought it to ZBrush to complete the modeling and then back to XSI for lighting and rendering. I used a lot of procedural and painted textures and the post production was done in Photoshop.
Here are some close up's of the image:
C&C are always welcome

Awesome sculpt and pose. Background doesnt do the model justice but it clearly stands on its own as well.

the rendering is especially very good!
the modeling and texturing make it look like a little sculpture with some varnish on it :) but still it looks very alive ... very interesting! :tu:

rubent100: no.... the shirt isnt a mesh extract... it was created in XSI and it has a slightly different topology from the body... ;)

such an awsome character and sculpt and then texturing.
just one cool Render can bring it to the top row. what do u think. the final render is somehow not justifying this damn thing.
