i want to learn zbrush where to start? Any books? Tutorials?.

Start with NickZ's threads and watch every video he has posted. Then after you are comfortable with the program move on to Scott Eaton's Tutorial on sculpting as well.

MOST IMPORTANT thing to remember is to get your shapes right before doing any detail. It saves you so much time and frustration.

After that its just practice practice practice and then some more practicing.
