Hey all. Im a student at the International Academy of Design and Technology. Soon im about to be done with school but i would really like to get an internship some where using Maya and or Zbrush. Im working on making my demo reel look badass so im making this guy and im going to to set up ana nimation for him for a class project please tell me what you think. I started working on this model around early january.

Here is more detail. i made a bunch of alphas for the veins, cracks, belt buckle, and logos on him.

I rendered in maya for most of these. The character is getting rigged up right now. The Character is at 14,688 faces (ChestArmor -> 324 faces ) ( Belt ->124 faces )

Spend more time working on the head and face. Gnomon has a great video called "Digital Sculpting:Human Anatomy" What he suggest is that you foucus on the shape and not the details.

Alright i will work on the shape of the head, he is a bit ugly around there lol.

ok so im trying to paint weights on this character in maya but for some reason the geometry wont turn black so i can't tell how much influence a joint has on parts of my mesh. Any suggestions please.
