Two questions? chain, link loops, and welding two 3D objects?

o.k, if anyone knows a quick way to make loops link, to make a chain... I would love to know how.. and if not that, then how to edit two different 3D objects, then weld them together.... for example, I make a cool head, then decide I want to make a body for it.... should I do zspheres??? aahhhh also, if someone anyone!, could point me out to some good painting tutorials, that would be awsome, I got sculpting down (almost), but I can't paint worth a crap, that is to use the markers, paint, then threeD copy, and all that.... just wondering, thanks!!!

With the Zplace Script by Cameyo you can make kilometers of chains ;)

check out the projection master scripts include for learning some texturing....also Aurick posted a quickie tutorial on this forum that should help alot.

check out the zsphere scripts included with z2 on how to add a tool to zspheres. Also check out the scripts on the multi-marker tools.

the quick links section will help too as well as the practical guide....in all your questions from texturing to putting things together.

Draw a Ring 3D Object
Of course you can make the same with any Start objects 3D and any ways of chains :)
The 3 oriented Chains are a multimarkers from the first horizontal drawing of chain :)
So you can make easily a polymesh with it :)
(any numbers of the Numeric keyboard have a direction)
And why not chain of Multimarkers again with the Zplace :)

Wow, thank you everyone for your help! in looking at other post, as well as a couple postings I've put up, this community is so helpful, and kind. I feel as though I am part of the elite... lol... no but seriously, thank you everyone. I am going to try out some of the advice! :)
