Mahlikus thank you for your encouraging reply... i wonder why do i always get 1 or mostly 2 replies, when others get several pages long posts
Don't get sore about post counts, it happens from time to time. I've had a few shorties too :D
I've just come across this work now, and it looks an interesting piece, out of curiosity can you explain more about it :)

Wow! All that extra detailing and background has really lifted this image! Great stuff! :tu: :tu: :tu:
And to explain my personal earlier silence, put it down to my shortsightedness about where you were going with it. I'm afraid it just didn't do anything much for me in the earlier WiP versions, and I don't see any point in commenting unless I have something positive to say about a piece. It's only now that I see the completed work that I have totally changed my mind and wish to give it the recognition that it deserves. My lack of vision earlier, not yours. ;)

thanks all of you really. i was beginning to be sad already... and here you go, all of the sudden. no really i've been working on this for about 70+ hours and it is the most-worked on picture so far for me as i am a total newbie you know... but i have to run for school so i'll post my comments on this later :)
Great postwork, you've added some very nice details.

Pretty dope stuff right there!
looking very nice overlord :)
the only critique i can give is a very subtle one:
In my opinion you should try to center the objects within the picture - the distance to the border differs on each head (crop a little) - also the distance between the heads and the tube-ball in the middle differs significantly.
So you see - centering is just my opinion - the artwork is mucho great stuff :tu: :tu: :)
keep em coming

I like the two closeups, I think I'd like to see some more closeups. I think the whole picture is too much to take in, at least for the casual observer.
Keep it up!!
i am having one of those days, u know where u r mind feels like its on overload and wants never to stop thinking and analysing, and this image.... well i like it alot, its very pasioante and intamate, there is love and anger in the red, the faces focused on each other and sharing that amass off fluid, well bud what can i say.. very very kool! :)

:D hey z-brushers thanx! :D just wanted to tell to nemo that while creating the picture i had really bigger problems than watching the distance between the faces :) (things like sleeping and eating, girlfriend etc...) i'm sure you know. the truth is, i didn't notice it until now, when it's already printed out and being framed but thanx for telling this to me, i will pay more attention to these things in my future works. picsas i really like the way you described my picture, in fact i wanted to create something that is maybe not as beautiful, but some people stop by, watch at the colors and stuff and think about. thanx for the appreciation really! :D

You did a fine job on this Overrrlorrrd!
I saw this the other day when you were inquiring about the background, I was pressed for time and could not comment. I must say though you really did great with the background and the extra details... Alot to take in here and all of it quite fascinating and well done!
best regards,
Michael

i noticed that someone wanted some more details and here they are, this one is my favourite part of the picture, in fact those faces are the same model as those two profile heads, just look how ugly they are :) i tried to make them look good just from the sides 'cos i didn't know i would add those in the background. the second picture is one big head in the background, unfortunately not visible whole, and i didn't save the texture either, but it was one of the best parts :) enjoy http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1040258192bgb.jpg http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1040258238uun.jpg

Just saw this one now. And I have to tell you, I like it a lot. The 70+ hours spent on this was well worth it. Very cool image!
