The Mysterious Case of Rocky's Missing Nose.

Everyone loves a mystery, right? Well during a painting session in Projection Master using GUV tiles, Rocky's nose just vanished! It is completly gone. This is the reloaded tool. Any ideas who done it? 50.

50's cant fix this O_O! wow, well from what i can rememeber jsut add another z-child or sphere to the nose, that will fix it. I guess, hope this helps :tu:
Of will you post like a small tutorial on how you made this lil furry? =3 I would like to amke some my self for the fandom =P.

is that part of the model gone or is it possible in PM you used pure black? Pure black seems to be transparent in some cases even if transparent texture isn't turned on.

Hi Leonel and aminuts, thanks for your response. I'll try adding another sphere, although the nose was just a little Zadd modeling, I'll post the Zsphere tool for ya. I did very little modeling, just the feet and nose. The pure black idea sounds good, I'll try to paint over it and see what happens. If nothing else, I could marker on another nose. Thanks 50's!:P heh, did ya fixed the nose? i would love to see rocky in a full rendered model ^^, I bet it will look nice =P and more with the fiber material.I forgot to ask this, how do you make a child for the z-spheres? XP heh :eek: :tu:

Hi Leonel, you're welcome. I did fix the nose and remodeled it. To make a child, just draw on a new sphere. I tried some fiber tests, but the results were't the best.

Isn't it funny how the mind wanders, mine did and this is what I ended up with,.......Ralph Cramden's Medalion. :D 50.

nice O_O, aww it dint look good? sucks x.x u i have to questions, wlel one is the wen i do the child it doesnt goo trasnparent lihe the one on the pic you placed, and 2 is that if this a good pc to work on model tell me if you dont mind, Athlon AMD 1800,1.5Gh'z, 256MB or ram. :qu: thanks :tu:

Hi Leonel, forgive me if I'm not understanding your question. You're right, the transparency problem was in the texture I made, cause The nose on the medalion was just an added sphere and looks fine.
And, consider yourself lucky to have an Athlon 1800, I work on and AMD 450, 256 ram! and it does alot of groaning with this CG stuff, you are well ahead of me! You might want to get somemore ram, as Zbrush needs as much as you can give it. :D Zya. 50.
