New Head (WIP)

So this is my first shot at working in ZBrush. I just started this past weekend, and all I can say is WOW! Zbrush rules! There is some really inspiring stuff here, keep up the good work all. Anyway Heres my first model/head out of ZBrush. any comments or crits would be awesome. Still WIP.
