I just wonder what these fields represent. Actually belive mem is actual ram used, v is swap file used, but what is f?? Been looking in the guide but haven't found anything.

You are right. Mem is how much ram zbrush is using, V is virtual memory (on harddisk) and F is the amount of unused memory. Also, Ztime appears once in a while, showing how long a zscript, render or other zbrush process took to complete.
