I was dabbling with xna when I found Neoaxis. it is a game engine developed by one man named Ivan. In a short period of time he has done a really amazing engine for those of us who can not aford CryEgine or unreal3.
It is free for freeware and only 80$ for games under 200 000$ sales in team with max 5 persons. He is constantly releasing amazing updates. I really hope it gets the attention it deserves.
