I am getting a bit more refined doing human faces...

I have been on a big learning process of selective sub devideing... Plus I got 2 GIGabytes of ram now, so I can mold realy Hight poly models without too much effort or pain.

I am realy happy with Zbrush 2!

in the renderocity forum, I am getting great responces also! all my friends are starting to admire my work...

I did the fire in 2 other applications...

first I used a paricle generator to make the fire.. I used texturemaker for this...

then I used paint shop pro, and the layer function to paint the flamaes on the canvas ,and also I used the Dodge brush to bleach out the flames and make a fake light glow... I used the Dodge brush also to make the smoke....

I could have done same thing in Zbrush if I flattened all my layers, and did a MRGBZ Grab on the screen... then emptyed out all layers, and floodfilled it onto 2 layers... paint flames on 1 layer and bleach out with hilighter2 brush, then use the erasser to reviel the layer below giveing a Psudo transdparent effect...
