Hi all, i'm newbie in zbrush and i'm having problems in do adaptative skin from a zsphere model. First i have broked parts (with angulation < 30 . I'll say it more accurated with images... my english is poor...
And with the other method i cant get details (like a hand) without do it with a high resolution.
Anyone know what's my problem?
I would post a picture if you can.
Have you run the ZSphere tutorial ZScripts that come with version 1.51? You will learn that the Adaptive skin and Unified skin both have their own advantages, unique to certain needs. In addition, you will learn how to make odd angles work, to keep the mesh from getting messed up.
And don't forget that you can preview your skin while you're working on the ZSpheres. This will help you place your spheres more accurately for good results.
Finally, remember to not try to put too much detail into the ZSpheres! They are meant as a tool to build your framework around. But then after skinning you use traditional sculpting methods to add in the additional detail (or with the bonus upgrade, you will be able to use Displacement Maps).
