Teeth tutorial - help newbie

I've been following the teeth tutorial by Pixolator, but there's something I'm missing, so here I am asking your help.
Point 7: Deformation, apply MovZ - 40
I cannot find this "MovZ"....... :(
After your laugh, any tip?
