If you have not heard of this wonderful program let me be the first to point it out.
This thread will start my adventures on building a small world in wirefusion.
Keep in mind I just got it and I am a complete noob. But here is my first attempt at it. Once you click on this, I really think you will understand what you can do with, o lets say in Zbrush for example and the output to the web as a online portfolio;)

Use the mouse to navigate and the up down arrows to pan.

Test 1
Importing a Zbrush object untextured

The product can be found here

My next test is a Multi mesh - multi textured object and of course I want worst case senerio so I choose AUV as my UV arangement.

So next a higher level of detail and maybe a normal map ish look, got to pick this engine apart a little further. To see its limits.

So far pretty freken easy as far as output for Zbrush goes. You still need a vrml file format but thats really easy even blender can output that. This is a 34 thousand poly object. Still testing poly limits.

I deam this program JUNK
lol

Just thought i would warn you if you were looking at zbrush + wirefusion as a workflow.

Its not so much the program but the VRML file format is the worst file format I have ever seen. and does not like backfaced geometry at all. Which is a big part of alot of peoples models that use Zbrush.

Single sided geometry works fine.
