A Little Quicky Transparency Trick Script..

This is a quick, and not very sophisticated script, showing the method I'm using to make a dirty windshield...The reason for posting it, is because I think the method would be useful for other effects in transparency...
I'm sure many of you have figured this one out, but new users might find it helpful.
