Initial Written Concept:
Still very much in the concept stage, but my initial Ideas are leaning towards a young witch gripping onto her broomstick for dear life, eyes either wide in terror or screwed up and closed so she doesnt see a thing, she is of course 'scared silly' of heights\flying.
Not done any real sketches or research yet so I'm thinking along the lines of a stylised young female, maybe whitish\grey in complexion wearing a black gown of sorts traditional pointy hat and striped stockings.
Some small visual gags may be added as details as I continue with the idea eg. air sickness bag tied to the broom etc.
As for composition Im initially stuck between a few ideas, I could bring the camera up high so as to show the great height at which she is flying maybe curve the horizon and have a small town below or I might go for a front on shot quite low looking up at the subject so I can get a good shot of the face and maybe show a visual reference in the background such as a hedge she has just flown through or sosmething.
Anyways, hope to do some sketches today and get them up asap.
