I hear ya... problem is, how can you trust that the 3.2 release won't do to 3.1 what 3.1 did to 3.0. Especially when there are still some outstanding performance/technical issues with 3.1 that need to be addressed.

It's a bit of a predicament for new users!

Well hopefully they wont alter it too much to render the videos obsolete.
I wasted money getting the old DT maya cloth video right before I got to use ncloth.

If I get a video this textures one may be it--though I learned enough from the maya to zbrush 2 video to extrapolate somewhat...

Hi,
Bought the 2 CD's for the Zbrush 3.1 Texture training. Very good.
Started using the lessons right away on the Rhino model they provided.
Will post my results if I feel its good enough.

PS. Wonder if there will be a free or reduced update on the Zbrush 3.0 Intro disc I bought from DT? Hmmmm? :qu:

Someone posted on their forums a little while back about getting free zbrush 3 lessons for customers who bought the z2 disks.

It sounded like customers got access to special lesson videos--which is news to me--since I have bought a few and didnt see any special lesson pages!
