Hey, maybe someone around here can lend me a hand. Im trying to setup a scene in Maya 8.5 with a model Im working on. Ive got my Mental Ray shader setup and ready to go (misss_fast_skin_maya, light map, etc...) My question is, how do I apply a texture map that I created in ZBrush to the SSS shader within hypershade?
Basically, how do I get my textured model on the left (Im just using a blinn) to have subsurface scattering properties like the one on the right?
