Hello ancomic,

The item ID for ZScript:Reload in ZBrush 3.1 is 7476.

You can find the item ID for any interface item by placing the mouse over the item and looking at the Preferences:Utilities:View Window Id slider - it's the 5th one down.

Edit: note that for user plugin buttons the item ID is not reliable as plugins will vary from user to user.
