Hi everyone. I recently found a new game release coming soon called 'They Came from Hollywood' which I have to get. 50 ft. Women, Giant Spiders, Ants, Robots. Salamanders, stomping cities flat. Takes me back to my childhood sitting in the 'Home Theater' in Nebraska, third row, cranking my neck up to watch Godzilla. I dedicate this pic to those great bad movies. Zsphere creature and trees. Postwork in PhotoImpact. Okay,...I like filters. This is the kind of movie I would make. Really bad. Best regards. 50. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200304/user_image-1049965383imr.jpg

Love those old movie posters. They always made the advertising an event with them, which you have captured perfectly. Well done image :tu:

I agree with Filament. Most of the movie posters of today are so lacking in my opinion. Well done!!

This is a wonderful design. Quite a bit of fun just looking at this. This might make an interesting ZBrush challenge! :tu: :tu:

Thanks everyone. You're right filament9 and Ron. They don't make'm like they used to. They were filled with visual fun. They would actually come up with a wacky title, do a poster, and then sell the idea. And many of the posters were better than the movies. Ron, you've got a great start with the title for you're last post: Roaches from another world. This was so much fun to do,I plan to do another. You're right Merchen,...it would make a great Zbrush Challenge, Well, back to work. The Bug-Eyed Monsters are calling. See ya later. 50.

Lovely old style movie poster-I think I even saw a movie with a monster similar to this bad boy.I'll tell ya these new fangled space monster movies with all their fancy schmancy special effects are just not believable because of one fatal error 99% of them make-space aliens with two eyes indeed! What a crock of hooey that is.Anybody with half a brain knows they've only ever had one eye-and they will only ever need one eye.Well!
I feel better now that I've got that off my chest.I think this would be a good weekly challenge.Great image

love all these movies with screams, monsters, flying saucers,..... and visible links that make the dragon fly, flat backgrounds, cardboard monsters costumes....
