Now I have the demo for 24 hours and am trying and playing and doing around (thanks to Aurick for the tip to do the Picknick tutorial).

I have some questions :
How can I get rid of the enormous tool palette which sits in the center of my document screen? I know I can delete the small windows in pressing CTRL down, but when I open Zbrush next time, it is again there and disturbs my view to the document window. I had a look in the preferences, but I was afraid to try every thing out (my english is not so good to understand clearly).

What are the export formats in the registered version?

What are the formats I can import in the registered version?

If OBJ export is possible, does it export with all the UV mappings? And does it import the UV mappings (from Poser or other)?

What do you users think about working Poser figures in Zbrush and then bring it back to Poser. Does it work fine ?

When I have changed and tried lots of things, is there a possibility to bring back all the original screens with the original settings ?

Thanks for answering this questions, it's important for my decision to purchase or not.

quick answer till may some one give you a better answer ;)

>What are the formats I can import in the registered version?

obj and dxf in 3d, others (dont remember) for 2d.

>If OBJ export is possible, does it export with all the UV mappings? And does it import the UV mappings (from Poser or other)?

checked it widly. I use that all the time. It imports and exports objs with uvs perfectly. As many 3d softwares, it flips the UVs vertically. But you have a button to flip them back. Easy. although till I new that I used to flip them in any mapper tool or 3d package. Some people just flip the texture inside ZBrush which also can be done. It is a rather powerful package, indeed.

I am constantly importing exporting objects with its UVs, if that serve you as a clue ;)

It also imports groups. but I am not a Poser user, and also don't need that feature, so I dont use it for now.

>What do you users think about working Poser figures in Zbrush and then bring it back to Poser. Does it work fine ?

May I be wrong but I think there are even tuts , step by step, about that, and lots of artwork made related to this what you say...

Seems that ZB is the best tool for Poser.

>When I have changed and tried lots of things, is there a possibility to bring back all the original screens with the original settings ?

Yep, i think there's a button for that.
hey , don't be afraid ;)
