What can a SigGraph virgin expect?
Will there be a ZBrush forums party of some sort? :D

Watching the Zbrush presentations was pretty cool. It's amazing to watch their workflow and how quickly zbrush allows the artist to produce a piece. No official zbrush party that I know of but the Vicon/XSI party was great. You can't go wrong with free drinks!!! I got too meet Ryan K there so that was cool. As far as products nothing really that floored me this year. Hey at least the 3.1 update was released.

agree, that was probably the biggest, glad I saved
on the plane fare.

Actually it was a damn great time... Good animation theater and Electronic theater.

Some really nice demos.. lots of great ppl and some sweet parties..

You cannot beat a party on an Aircraft carrier with free drinking :)

Guess most of us just used another forum to discuss the fun.

Meats was there
Syd Myers was there and talked about his history and the story of Blade Runner.

All in all was a great time/experience and am definatly planning on goign to the next one. :tu:
