Under yer skin wannabe ...giggle...well I was playing with filters and stuff keeping Ken B's wonderful work in my mind of his whale louse...I took the shell game I did earlier and put it into greyscale in psp and threw effects on it ie the antimatter filter by eyecandy in psp and adjusted the lighting...and well this is my first attempt of that micro world look...Thanks for the inspiration Ken..yer awesome in what you do... http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1011672517uwi.jpg I wanna work some more on this type of stuff..has a kewlllllll feel to it...but then again I am warped...muhahahahhaha :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

Interesting Ron. Can this technique be done in Z.? If anyone knows would they please comment.

Very cool effect Ron! Expecialy amazing that you did it with an image not made for that purpose.

I did a quick experiment in Z. I used the SaturationBrush (While holding down ALT) to make my image black and white. Then I changed the Render Adjustment settings to achieve something like this:

That looks just like a black and white negative, interesting, very interesting.

A little more exploration of these 'synthetic filter' effects might bear some very strange fruit! :eek: :cool: :tu:
