Although he's member number 666, Stonecutter promises us he's "on the side of light" :)
...and indeed, he has proven that 1,000 times over. Stonecutter is a constant source
of wisdom and insight as well as an active contributor of valuable advice and kind
feedback to all ZBC members.

Since his first post on July 24th, Stonecutter has been a true z-pioneer. He does not
shy away from a challenge, always looking for new directions in which to explore his
creativity and knowledge of ZBrush.

Stonecutter (the 'Gemstones Carver') works methodically, planning his artwork in his
mind, then transferring his vision to the canvas in several carefully-planned stages.

which he shared with us not just in its final stage, but in all stages of its creation.
It's no wonder that since then, the practice of posting works-in-progress and incorporating
members' feedback in the creation process, has been adopted by many ZBC members.

Stonecutter lists his interests as "artistic endeavors of all kinds,"
and we at ZBC have all benefited from being one of those endeavors!

To signify 1,000 messages, the dots beneath his name (each of which
represents 100 posts) have been replaced with a star.

Stonecutter what a descriptive name ! I would like to heartily congratulate you on your 1000 th. post. You have indeed been active on this forum. I personally always await a word of encouragement, a little hint, or a word of advice from you, which has always been so freely given. As a stone cutter of another type, we share other interests in common, but I think that we both have a profound love for ZBrush, which I thank profoundly, because without the big Z, I would not have met and befriended so many wonderful people. I hope your 2000 th will also be in record time.

First I'd like to thank Pix and the whole Pixologic team for creating an application that has made my dreams come true...The revolution they created can best be illustrated by a referral to my lady Simone, with whom I've lived with for over 30 years...Simone is NOT the greatest fan of computers...

Yet, when she saw ZBrush for the first time in action, her response was'
THAT'S what computer graphics are supposed to be!

She could see the potential...
I'm just starting to!

Thanks to all the people who made such kind comments, and thank you to those who didn't...Your contributions to the forum, and your participation in this great, common artistic flowering that we are all a part of, is warming enough to me...

being still absorbed by real-life duties all i could come up with (within reasonable time) as a thank-you for all your fantastico contributions, your insights, tips and presence is a shot of what i think is pretty close to the home of the reinbats (i’ve heard its located behind the blue hills at the horizon).
