I was going to stick this into the MNC challenge but figured it wasnt too mechanical... Im practicing with using masking/deformation instead of just 3D blob modeling... All Zbrush, most of it was created using various deformation settings... Any comments welcome.

Pretty dark on my monitor, Nocturnal, but very nice modelling from what I can see...
Maybe you have a MAC? If you don't, you might want to calibrate your monitor... ;)

Nice work! :tu:

EDIT: Here's a site where you can check your monitor calibration... :)

Thanks guys... Not a MAC Stonecutter, if others have the same problem, Ill adjust my eyes and bump up the lighting on my pics and monitor. :) Ive always been curious how dark I can go with my pics before they become too dark on other monitors.

The dramatic darkness and lightning manifest these cool forms and textures very effectively. This could be a lighting lesson.

Maybe just a bit of "backlight" so there is not so much "dead" black?

I have a Mac, works pretty well. before it got dropped 6 inches, and before it had its plug pulled many times when it froze(after it got dropped) it worked great, it still works ok. and I rarely run into problems, other than due to the damage caused by the dropping/plug pulling.

Yep, good solution!

Not to be picky, but as a long time audio engineer, i gotta wonder where the screw holes are? No way to keep the drivers in the box, lol.

And, if you want some extra touches of realism, how's about a red and a black wire hanging out of 1 or more holes? Even going so far as to add some yellow-orange fiberglass acoustic insulation inside the box would be cool.

Just some thoughts - it's really plenty nice as is :tu:
