If you've got the money for it (and balls of steel), I hear VFS (http://www.vfs.com) is one of the best.

kcyakiyaki,
I'm also currently looking into VFS. I'm planning on taking a trip up to Vancouver this Summer, and while there take a tour of it. If you'd like I could send you a PM about my impression of it after I go there. It seems promissing from their student work, but then again, it could just be some very talented people going to school there.
Don't know much about Full Sail.
Art Institutes from what I've been looking into, they are good if your tring to get in the field of an overall artist, but their training in 3d effects and Modeling, lack since they focus more on paints and clays. Please correct me if otherwise.
 any of these programs would have to be better than DAVE School. That isn't even worth looking into, I took a tour there, and already knew everything they had to teach.
