well offcourse it will work on it as it is just virtualisation.. the question is how fast will it be ;) Fusion bet should have limited video acceleration so it is even possible to play some games on it, am curious :)
I think it will run even better with a stripped down XP i have made one form only 128 mb and took only 28 mb ram once for my grandpa old pc.. think you would not even notice the difference of running 2 os :D
