Is it possible to scale objects that are part of MultiMarker in one direction?

Is there any way to delete 3d objects on the canvas?

Question one: Not while they are a part of the MM object. But you can drop the object and erase it (Ctrl+N) and then draw the single object on the canvas. You can edit it some more, such as scaling it like you're talking about, and then use the MM again to draw the whole group.

Question two: You can draw objects on different layers and then clear a particular layer to remove the object on it. Or you can use the Eraser brush from the Tool palette.
