Good Afternoon . . . :)
A little while back, someone had posted a question regarding the capabilities of Zbrush creating an image of the planet earth, using different Materials for the land, water, & clouds. I'm sorry that I can't remember who asked this question, but I though I'd post an image created with Zbrush, that includes all of the above. There are 4 layers = stars layer / land layer / water layer / & clouds layer. I used PhotoShop to mask & remove the water & land elements from 2 versions of the stock Zbrush image, & created a cloud image, then saved the 2 different edited water & land images, & the cloud image. I loaded them back into Zbrush, applied the water, land, & cloud textures to 3 different Sphere3Ds, with the "Material / Transparency" selected, scaled each Sphere3D just a slight bit larger than the previous one, & added the desired Materials to each Sphere3D image. The star background was created using the "Simple" brush, with the "Spray" stroke. Rendered in "Final", with "Flatten Layers" deselected, at 2000 by 1500, & reduced it in PhotoShop to save in .jpg format.
Anyway no biggy, just thought I'd post the image so whom ever asked, could see that it could be done. ;) Have a good one . . . Mark.
