Resize UI....

I have a question about UI.

I am using a dual Monitor at 2560 x 1024 on a Quadro FX 1500 as a single view.

But my Zbrush interface is huge the icons are about 4 times bigger, i am assuming is bacause the resolution. Is there a way to make the interface smaller?
