Definitive tutorial on textures?

I have been struggling for some time with the textures in ZBrush...and am not getting something right. I have gone through every script I can find on the subject, but am not getting anything nearly as nice as what Ken B. is getting with his texturing. Can someone point me the way to a script or a tutorial I may have missed on the subject?
