Need help symetry and wings

I am having a problem with symetry. Ill start a new project and after about 5 minutes the balls do not line up with any of the Axis'. How do I realine them without moving each one individually? shift click or move doesn't work. and I can't figure out any other way.

Also what is a good way to make a dragon's wings? Or butterfly wings too?
