View Full Version : Increasing the radius of 3d copy..

I've noticed that while practicing various modes with 3d copy on a sphere some small percentage gets lost in the texturing process even though it looks clear in view. I was wondering if we could play with a setting that would not necessarily fade the outer reaches on the model.

Since otherwise we would have to go all around the sphere to catch those edges, I think having a radius feature would make for a more robust 3d copy feature. :)

Simply turn off Transform>3DCopy>AI (auto intensity).

The fading effect is meant to help the copied texture blend together without sharp edges as you rotate the model. But turning off AI helps save a lot of time if you're applying base colors.

You can also turn it on and off while running TextureMaster. :)
