Hi, I'm have included two pictures of the problem. How can I mould the hands out of this blob-state? :(

Well, This Thread (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=007586) will help you to avoid the seams in the mesh.

Also, be sure to play with the IRes setting in Tool>Inventory for the ZSphere model. You can use the skin preview to see what the skinned mesh will look like, as you work. When you have a ZSphere configuration that gives you a nicely-shaped mesh, then skin it and go to work on your modeling.

It's far easier to model when you start with a clean mesh than to fix a messed up one!
