Today I had the day free and I didn't want to go to my anatomy study (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/showthread.php?t=41975&goto=newpost (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/showthread.php?t=41975&goto=newpost)), so I started something new, I love how you can work in Zbrush as if it was clay and don't have to put image planes or things like that, just a bunch of references an the acdsee viewer on top of all. anyway, this is the face of sting, just proportions and minimal details, I plan to finish it tomorrow. please let me know what you guys think.

it seems you've got a little problem with ears... and the upper lip needs more work i think.

ok, the model is finished, now I'm starting with the texture, It is just a test, It doesn't have the right materials, ilumination or texture, but let me know what you think so far, I will finish it tomorrow, so I'm very satisfyed for what will be a 2 - 3 days hobby work.

i think your work is great. My only comment is that I think you changed the latest picture enough that it no longer looks like Sting. I think the previous picture really captures his expression etc. And for some reason the bags under his eyes look too puffy now. I like that you took off the shininess -so keep that. But bring back his grin, his forehead, etc.-Keep up the good work

Thanks for the coments, I think what happened is that I overinflated the model at the end, and the symetry doesn't helped much either. I want to make a more actual Sting, I think the first one looks too young, so here is another shot, I have to play a little more with the levels but this is the Idea, Let me know what you think.
here is a face before it was finalized
