1st attempt at 3d ever!!!

Hey everyone...

I see a lot of very inspiring art and i finally decided to jump on the 3d train.

Here's the link to where you guys can see my first model i created... I did it last weekend, (friday morning i knew nothing, learned to model in Maya, and detail in ZBrush by Sunday night) and that was my outcome.

Now it's not nearly as close as many others already posted, but I'm gonna chase them ;)
any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Looks pretty cool, the only thing that really stands out are his arms, that thumb which I know you did on purpose, and his chest otherwise besides that nd the calves it looks pretty well done.
