Zpheres and tools . Its a fair bit rough agreed but I am doing this for fun in my free time.Im a learning artist so bear with me.This is My first body sculpt(lol) and working out how to use the tools pallette.
Textures in Projection Master.
He will be wearing more detail,a cape ,holding a fork etc..
Images like this helped me out a few weeks back as I stared into zb's workspace clueless.Still am but am atleast moving along at a steady pace (eeeiiiorrr)Ok so I riding a donkey but you can upgrade along the way ;-).

Thanks for any remarks,ideas.
ps .I wanted a more flat fitting edge of the shirt over the belly but couldnt get it.I masked painted with the layer brush, inverted and deflated etc etc..Looks poo!
Pps please could anyone let me know why when I change a material on a secondary layers object~it changes all my materials on the layer below too,grrr..I use the copy and paste new mat method.Do you have to create the new object with the material and keep it?Meats showed a tut on specific material changing but Ive lost it.
Thanks again,
cal

The shirt thing is doable, as long as the underlying geometry supports it, say level 2 or 3.
As for the material issue, choose a differnt material for the new layer and import a copy of the one you had previously to that slot. Then you should be fine. Basically have several copies of a single material. ;)

I like very much! :tu:
On materials: think of them as 'slots'. Once you paint a material on the canvas you have painted on that slot. Change the nature of that material in any way by pasting new settings, loading in a new material while the material is the 'current material' and so on, and all instances of that material will change. So if you want to vary materials slightly, save out the material and load into a new slot before changing.
Also, as you probably know, any 3D object in Edit/Transform mode will take on the current material.

Hey, that's my belly!!! :D
Great character, friend. I'm locked out of ZBrush right now, for some reason, but seeing pics like this make me itchy to get back into it. I don't know how experienced you are with ZBrush or any other apps, so my suggestions are just that... If you are new, I'd suggest coming back to this guy some day and texturing his skin a bit more. Add eyebrows, some blemishes, etc. Love the spooky eyes, tho. I wouldn't change them at all. And as for the belly, well I love mine, so his looks okay too.
Keep up the good work.
