omg, what a sad day :( your painting is excellent, JoJo, and i am sure Sandra would have loved it, despite all the despair and grief i see in there. she knew about these things, right? i miss tears, but i am optimistic that you will be able to cry soon, my friend! this would help you a lot. let them flow, Jola.

:(

May you find comfort in her memory. The sadness is great within this piece. :(

You have my sympathy, empathy and care during this very sad lonely time. I cry with you. :(

We're a family of artists here, Jola. As such, we are definitely here to offer a shoulder and an encouraging word in times of grief. *big hug*

It's a lovely picture, too, and a kind tribute to your friend.

I'm so sorry about this loss Jola. :(
Your picture expresses great feeling and makes a great tribute to your friend.
Art can be a good release for feelings, and a good way to remember.

don't be sad, Jola. there aren't many places worse than the one we're currently occupying...

a touching picture playing with (emotional) depth.

Upon seeing this image I knew your mood was different. While undeniably JOLA - the light airy tones were gone, now somber and dark. I'm sorry for your loss JOLA.

I'm usually not too good at saying these kinds of things. I'm sad to hear of your loss but I'm glad that Sandra had a friend like you and I'm sure she was too.

thanks again friends! I'm just trying
not to be a crying hedgehog because of
your friendly shoulders ... your posts
definitively helped and juandel was right..
there was rain going out of my eyes which
also helped ... see you soon in another
mood OK :( and with a typical JOLA - picture

It is a wonderful thing; creating a piece of true art in memory of a loved friend. I think we should all be lucky, and grateful to have a friend as good and decent as you.
