This is my latest work. It was mainly just a learning experience as I tried as many new things as possible. I am still pretty new to 3d art and wanted to try some new things like fur and rigging a character.
I was not attempting to be historically acurate by any means just giving my own interpretation of WWII Gremlins in the engine.
All that being said I hope some of you all enjoy looking and as alway C&C are welcome. Thanks for looking.

Below are serveral versions some attempting to look like old photos as well as just some other shots produced along the way.

The head, gloves, and jacket were all created in zbrush. All texuring and displacement/bump maps were created using zbrush as well. The accesories like the helmet, cup and cigarette were created in cinema 4d. Backgrounds, color corrections and compositing were all done in photoshop. And last but not least the final renders were done in Cinema 4d

I appreciate all the comments guys! I thank you all for taking the time.

Guillaume, As far as the render is concerned it was about 8 hours mainly do to the fur on the coat. It slowed the render time way down. The displacement maps and texture of the main pieces like the coat and face were 4096x4096. Some things like the cup and goggles used just procedural materials so they did not have textures. Other than the diffuse pass the only ones I had were specular, reflection and sub surface scattering. I used these passes mainly to amp up there appearence in the final render.

The texture sizes and render time may still be a bit much but I am still learnig so once again I appreciate all the encouraging comments.
