Ship was done in zBrush, Background was done in 3D Studio Max.

Little help on how to better do fire would be greatly appreciated.

the ship has a good organic feel about it...and the depth of the blur of the engine added some good realism to the pic as did the reflection of the ship in the waters...Are you working on its mothership? Looks good...and all the colors work well with each other :)

very :cool: downwrdspiral!!! you might want to have a look at Muvlo’s excellent fire-script (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002452) but don’t play with that fire :D
