For all who cannot get their point over in a normal way:

Here is the tool to slice and dice the facts, tear the buttons of your bosses shirt, cut the spending in half, singe your colleagues desk, evaporate flies, holes for ear rings, 2 inch steel, anything goes. Need to move your house? Just walk around it slowly and it can be lifted of the foundation easily. 200 Watt super power! Soon at ebay!

Only problem is... I can't get it to shut down. But hey, the plutonium powered fusion cell should work for 60 years straight! So, who cares.

PS:Not enough ZB so I spare the main forum.....

PPS:Key Ring and liability insurance not included! Plutonium Fusion Cell not available as air freight. Further restrictions apply.

PPPS: Render in C4D, Laser Pointer in ZBrush. Key Ring and rest in C4D. Lighting from a tutorial from Janine Pauke from 3D Fluff.

Lighting looks damn good and so is the smoke..... man you have invested a lot of money in softwares for sure...let me first learn blender and zbrush and then I will think of jumping to more:D

Smoke is hand drawn in Photoshop, no software... One light, radiosity render.
The most complex thing was the key ring.... And that is all hidden right now lol.
If you install Jafray for Blender then you can get the same results.

I wonder if it would come in handy in case I lost my bottle opener. :) Lucky for me I keep it on my keychain.

Speaking of keychains, got a picture?

It's the ZTool. Have fun and show us something funny.... Give that bunny a tatoo!!! lol.

I messed up... It's rather large, I accidentally deleted the lower layers and am to lazy to put everything back together with the low rez cage.

BUT I kept the groups.... So it is possible to separate the items.... To make UV mapping easier I also have left a few things disconnected.

Enjoy the simple model, hope it's not to crappy!

PS:Smoke... Sunny, just paint with low opacity. And then use a soft brush. I made one with a gradient. So it's like a line which fades. Trial and error till it looks nice.

PPS:Be careful, damn thing is still switched on....

Wow, thanks lemonnado, great model.
And thanks for letting us know it's still turned on.
I was lucky to have read this post after French Pilou.
I created a mirrored box and then loaded your laser straight
into the middle of it, so as not to suffer
the same consequence. (I'm not just a pretty face)
I took this shot, a very low res but I had to act fast,
and yes I know, there are some leaks.
But hey, at least I still have my monitor.
