This is a model i'm working on. I have the musculature sculpted out. I just need to do more to the head hands and feet then on to adding more details such as veins and blemished areas, wrinkles and the like. I still need to model some clothes. He will be wearing kinda like leather strap bondage gear. Thats the only way to describe it lol :p . Crits welcome.

Vera nice. The anatomy is really good. The hands seems a bit odd, on the palmside.

Yeah the hands are a bit of a pain. I modeled a base in xsi and then brought it in and sculpted with the base but I didn't really flesh out the shape of the hands so its tough working around the fingers. Any suggestions?
Have you tried hiding the fingers to give you better access to the palms?

is there a way to use the mask to hide areas perhaps. i find the rectangular hiding is a pain...that way i can hide individual fingers... i shoulda made poly groups in xsi before i brought it in.

Ok I started on the clothing detail today cuz I figured I would switch gears. Don't worry I still have alot of detail left on the actual body. Alot of the details you can see is crashing through each other that of course will be fixed... on his thigh is cloth draping over. to add the detail to the cloth should I keep it a 1 sided poly bring it into zbrush and do my details or should I give it some thickness. I am always afraid if I give it a thickness it I will get vertices crashing through to the other side... What do you think?

Alright the clothing details are starting to fit the body. I added more details in certain areas. I still have to tackle the fabric and I am still unsure if I should bring in a 1 sided poly start sculpting then export a middle res .obj back into xsi then copy it, invert the normals and make it 2 sided so it has thickness. Perhaps there is an easier way that I don't know of? or just start off with 2 sides?

Hello, I like what you have going with this guys accessories. I am no expert but I would do the cloth 2 sided, you can still keep it really thin, you can do it with a morph target and create difference. I Think it will look and work better that way.

Slowly adding more detail...I did a render with ambient occlusion so you can see the details better. Any crits would be great.

What a great looking thingy,I think after looking at such awesome hands here you need the feet to follow suit. The heel balls could do with a slight inflate also imo.He looks really bad and like he wont need a weapon but it may add a little to his waist?Just my points, bye cal.
Ps is he a zphere or external low mesh..thnx
