Maybe I'm losing my mind, but I think I recently read here about somebody who is wants to get rid of their XSI training type dvd's.
Does that ring a bell? (The forum software won't let you search for 3 letter words or less, so I'm kind of stuck)

It must have been my imagination. I have searched and come up with nothing. :)

I sold my Essentials license because I bought an advanced license cheaper than new. And training stuff was included, but not all. That must have been the post you saw.
Are you XSI'ing now? Need training stuff? I might look and see what I might not need any more...

Thanks!
I'm looking really really hard at it, and I'd like to get a leg up on getting familiar with it so I will be able to make a good decision while evaluating the demo.
If you have a basic "getting started" sort of DVD that would be fantastic.
Otherwise, if you could simply recommend one that would be great too.
BTW, have they announced a buy it now, get the upgrade free plan? The only bit that I saw on the website was that current users get to upgrade for less.

Then there is a lot of free stuff on the xsibase.com. Only problem there is that nobody looks at the links. So there is a lot of garbage.
XSI Fnd. Best 500$ you can spend on CG today. Specially V6 is insane.
Cheers
