hello! i've already posted a topic on the mix drawings and z; here i've tried to modelize an old drawing of mine, and on another pict to go nearer of the feeling of motion (?), "mouvement", wich is so easy to translate in pure drawing... i'm not sure that 3d can do, well, but i try ;) friendly M. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200304/user_image-1049302513qal.jpg http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200304/user_image-1049302553pye.jpg

Marcel, everytime I look at your work, my mouth just drops. It's everything I've pushed my work to be before I even laid eyes on a single piece you've created.

Amazing!

I realised tonight what illustrators work your own work shares similiarities with, in particular your superb ability to create a sense of mass, energy and form with your characters, it's that of the American illustrator N.C Wyeth.

Again oustanding work in translating the drawn into 3D.

For those of you maybe unfamiliar with Wyeth's work I post a link web page (http://ferncanyonpress.com/pirates/treasure/pictures.shtml)

HI Marcel,
I think you have an amazing style . The irony you place in your pictures , combined with the realism and detail, makes fun of the high degree of worksmanship need to carry out your work.
If your giving lessons in facial features and shape I will come to you in france!!! :)

thankyou for showing your work.

take care

I think that you do capture the feeling of movement in this images very well. Could you post your model in wireframe mode so I could get an idea on how big is your mesh before you paint on top of the model? Excellent work.
