Hello everyone!

I guess I oughta change my nick to Lurker :)

I've been reading alot up on Southern's tips and tutorials as well as noticing everyone else' work. This place has come a long way.

This image here I'm kinda messing with right now. (don't wanna shut off the pute) I'm finally getting more comfortable with the interface and where things are at, and what things are really more useful than others. I can't imagine what you can do with everything else.

I think it would be cool if everyone kept a minor log of what brush sizes along with the kind of depth they were using when modeling another object. I realize that could be many, but I mean more general.

Take it e-z.

Nice to see you back, T! ;)
I usually use a largish brush size, and low ZIntensity for organic modelling...That way you don't have sharp transitions. If however you want sharp transitions, you might set a higher ZIntensity, but still keep a larger brush size. The thing to remember is that the 'red dot' only shows you the center of the effect of your brush...The effect extends out to the edge of the circle.

Nice model! :tu:  :)
