Here we have Skull******* who owns and operates Skull******* extermination services! "Human problem? No problem!" 197 years experience!
Okay, in all seriousness.
Concept by Mike Curry
Model by Larry Moore - He will post the model/wire wips later tonight
Displacement and textures- me
I have a couple hours in zbrushing him up so far, hope to finish fleshing it out in the next day or two and then move to painting him. Its obviously still very much a WIP, can't wait to get him done.

Nice start from a cool sketch, but you seem to have jumped up quite a few levels before nailing down the basic structure. I could be wrong and it could just be the posts you chose to show.
Nice of you to give credit where it belongs. ;)

Seriously.. how long will this world keep recycling orks, trolls and goblins? No disrespect, just a thought.. WIP is coming along, cant wait to see it textured!

Glad you like it thus far. :)
@Jason - In the animation we're going to do, it will only be a bust shot, so we don't need the bottom half. I should have clarified that, my bad.
@virtuousart - To answer your question, probably for as long people recycle silly aliens and demon creatures ;) Its all good, its great to see people create what they love and take it up a level. I just needed a break from real world and toon stuff, its a great mental vacation.

Your model has no definition of muscle mass or much else. You seem to be using Zbrush to do a little surface detail, perhaps just bump and even that doesn't look like your following good design or even creative design.
With all the capability at your disposal with this app, one would expect to see you improve the structure of your model before even worrying about surface details. (Note: trying to be constructive, even though it sounds nasty.)
You have picked a character that as been done so much, to see one less evolved seems tragic. If it's a toon style, then cool, however exaggeration is needed.
Here is an example in case I'm not clear. This example has no detail what-so-ever, just the underlying sculpt. ;)
