Where is the .map convertor batch file?

hello,
I've downloaded the "Zbrush to maya 32 bits displacement guide"pdf, and it says that there is a batch file that automates the process of converting zbrush displacement maps to mental ray file format ".map".

It says it is here online at zbrush central, but I used the search bar with ".map" "batch" and "mentalray" under the zscripts forum with no success.

could you please give me the link to download it?

I'm looking for this file too.
In the scott spencer tutorial it said it should be here but I wasn't able to find it.
